A dreamy allegory of the Tarot told through the story of AP—an ill-fated ingenue seeking salvation from a curse...  When a psychic tarot reader tells AP her curse can be lifted for $1000 and the sacrifice of a baby lamb, she sets out to make that money the only way she knows how: scootering her way through the night, into the surreal underworld of Trashtown—a dystopian landscape of industrial urban decay and pastel cotton candy skies. Along the way she encounters a series of assorted oddballs and absurd situations—each more unhinged than the last—as her journey winds towards the inevitable. Fucktoys is a campy, irreverent, and sexy dark comedy that explores the intersection of intimacy, exploitation, and class in a pre-millenium alternate universe.
